The Silma 124 is the only Silma manual threading projector. It has a speed switch for 18 and 24 fps. It was available in almost identical standard 8 and super 8 versions. An extensive search on Internet did not provide any information about the introduction date of this projector. However, for the similar Silma 125 there was an advert in Ferrania magazine from July 1967 so that might be an indication of the date.
